Typical puppy misbehaviors and their causes - Part 1

For many new owners of dogs, the behaviour of their new puppy is a concern - what is normal and what is not? To help you proud new pack leaders long, here are some typical puppy behavior and their causes:

At chewing, mouth and nipping
"Stabilized bite" is common in puppies. This kind of play is bite for many reasons - exercise, boredom relief, to alleviate the discomfort of teething, calm hunger, and explore the environment.

If a puppy is teething, ensure the safety of toys or objects to chew to help alleviate the pain mouth. When the puppy began to play with men to bite, to correct the behavior immediately nipping can prevent problems later.

Marking
The marking of objects urine is a primitive behavior, most often seen in dogs which have begun to sexual maturity as a means to claim a territory. You can reduce this type of activity with your puppy spayed or neutered, and the practice of consistency in your housetraining technical correction.

Digging
Digging in the yard is a natural activity for dogs. Dogs dig to expend energy, relieve boredom, and as a way to keep cool in hot weather. Some breeds are genetically more likely to dig than others. Consider giving your puppy his own instead of digging in the garden.
